Cera Care is a registered NDIS provider, so we can support participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed.
As a SIL approved provider, we can also deliver Supported Independent Living funded under Core Supports. Depending on your plan and goals, our other support is generally funded under areas such as Assistance with Social & Community Participation, Improved Daily Living and Improved Relationships.
